1. Acceptance of Terms

By using MicroSaaS Directory ("the Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Submitting a Listing

• You must own or be authorised to represent the website you submit.
• Submissions must be accurate, non-deceptive, and comply with applicable laws.
• We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing at our discretion.
• Spam, adult content, illegal content, and malware will result in an immediate ban.

3. Free Listings & Badge Requirement

Free listings require you to display our badge on your website. Failure to maintain the badge may result in your listing being suspended. Paid listings are not subject to this requirement.

4. Payments & Refunds

Paid and Featured listing fees are non-refundable once your listing has been approved and gone live. If your submission is rejected after payment, you will receive a full refund within 7 business days.

5. Featured Listings

Featured placement lasts for 2 weeks from the date of approval. After expiry, your listing remains live as a standard paid listing. Renewal can be purchased at any time.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display your content (name, description, logo, screenshot) on MicroSaaS Directory and in promotional materials.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, search ranking outcomes, or traffic results from a listing.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
